You may return any unopened product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. For opened product, please contact us — if your skin didn't get along with the formula, we'll do our best to put it right.
Email care@nuvialskin.com with your order number and we'll send a prepaid return label for UK orders.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 working days of us receiving your return.
